My unique approach at Mindfulness in Motion combines ancient techniques and an innovative coach approach to bring awareness and transformation on multiple levels through education and direct experience.
 

I’m on a mission to make mindfulness an accessible life skill; bring it down from the mountain temple and into the hands of people around the world. Bring freedom from thoughts, stress and tension. Help people experience a felt sense of peace, calm, joy and freedom at work and in life.

My unique coach approach to mindfulness and meditation helps people cultivate and integrate easy techniques that fit their busy lifestyle through education and direct experience. 

I work with leaders and their teams in a variety of settings, including classes, workshops, retreats, inspirational talks and virtual meetings online.

As the founder of Mindfulness in Motion, I’m honoured to share and transmit the ancient teachings bestowed upon me from the sacred Kripalu lineage of living yoga masters dating back 4,500 years. I have been practicing and living mindfulness and meditation for over 30 years.
